Venezuelan President Chavez Faces Recall Vote

Electoral authorities say opponents of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez have collected enough signatures to trigger a recall election this summer. The announcement is a major victory for Chavez' opponents, who've been trying to force a recall for more than a year. Chavez says he welcomes the chance to prove his support among the populace.
