The so-called Latino vote is again in the spotlight as the Texas primary closes in. We hear from Latino voters in Texas about which candidates they like and what issues matter to them. Then Madeleine Brand talks to Lydia Camarillo, Vice President of the Southwest Voter Registration Education Project, about how much sway Latinos hold in Texas.
