NPR's Steve Inskeep talks to NPR's Eric Westervelt about his latest reporting assignment in Iraq, a month-long tour that just ended. Westervelt has returned to Iraq repeatedly since he first reported on the war — traveling with the U.S. Army 3rd Infantry Division during the invasion. Westervelt talks about how Iraq has changed in that time.
