Geneva Violations in Iraqi Prisons Reported in 2003

A classified Army report filed seven months ago details early violations of the Geneva Conventions and training failures at U.S.-controlled prisons in Iraq. Experts say the failures might have led to conditions that fostered the prisoner abuses at Abu Ghraib. NPR's Ari Shapiro reports.
