U.S. Plans Troop Realignment
NPR's Robert Siegel talks with Gen. John "Jack" Keane, former Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army, about troop realignment in Europe and South Korea. The Pentagon is considering some major troop shifts, including withdrawing one-third of its 37,000 troops in South Korea and returning two Germany-based Army brigades to the United States.
