Fifteen years after former President Ronald Reagan left office, his policies and ideas still define much of America's economic debate. Republicans still invoke Reagan's goals to cut taxes and reduce the size of government, and Democrats are still forced to respond. Analysts are split on the legacy of what's known as "Reaganomics." NPR's John Ydstie reports.
