Interest Rate Hike Could Hit Credit-Card Debtors Hard

Consumers with outstanding credit-card debt will feel even more of a pinch if the Federal Reserve starts raising interest rates as expected. Banks normally hike credit-card rates as soon as the Fed tightens monetary policy. NPR's Elaine Korry reports.
