The Palestinian Authority is accused of paving the way for the construction of Israel's West Bank security barrier. The project has been fiercely opposed by the Palestinians, but an investigation finds that companies with close ties to the Palestinian Authority helped import cement for the barrier. NPR's Julie McCarthy reports.
