Members of Congress investigating a lucrative Halliburton no-bid contract in Iraq demand records of any contacts between Vice President Dick Cheney and the company he once ran. Officials at the White House and Pentagon insist that the contract was awarded by career civil servants, without input from Cheney. Hear NPR's Kathleen Schalch.
