Commission: NASA Needs Major Changes to Pursue Mars

A presidential commission says NASA needs to make fundamental changes in order to fulfill the president's ambitious goals for space exploration in the coming decades. The changes include greater involvement of the private sector as NASA prepares to send astronauts to Mars. NPR's Richard Harris reports.
