Connecticut Gov. John Rowland will announce his resignation Monday night in a live address to the citizens of his state. The Republican governor has been threatened with impeachment and faces a possible indictment on federal corruption charges. Hear NPR's Renee Montagne and Av Harris of member station WNPR.
