California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signs an agreement with five Indian tribes allowing unlimited slot machines in their tribal casinos. In exchange, the tribes agree to share gambling profits with the state. The move will provide cash-strapped California with a new stream of revenue for the next 25 years. NPR's Scott Horsley reports.
