In this year's Uhlich Teen Report Card, adolescents give adults a C-minus grade on stopping teens from drinking, leaving home and joining gangs. Anyone who's ever been a teen may recognize the lesson the head of the Child Welfare League of America takes from the low grade: Adults should listen to teens more.
