Saudi Arabia Offers Amnesty to Militants

Saudi Arabia offers a limited amnesty to Islamic militants who surrender within the next month. Few are likely to respond. But experts say the move suggests the Saudi family remains confident of its grip on power and of the inroads it's made into the militant extremist structure. NPR's Julie McCarthy reports.
