Bombings in Turkey Send Message to NATO Summit

NPR's Alex Chadwick talks with NPR's Ivan Watson, reporting from Turkey, where bomb blasts in two cities have killed at least three people. One of those bombs was detonated in front of the hotel where President Bush was expected to stay for this weekend's NATO summit meeting.
