Colombia, Guerilla Group in Peace Talks

Chip Mitchell reports from Bogota that Colombian authorities are negotiating a cease-fire with one of the country's largest guerrilla groups. Mexico may mediate peace agreements in Colombia's nearly 60-year-old civil war.
