NPR's Liane Hansen speaks with Washington Post Baghdad correspondent Rajiv Chandrasekaran as the deadline nears for the handover of sovereignty to Iraqis. Chandrasekaran was in Baghdad when the war began and he looks back on how things have changed in the past 15 months — and forward to what might come in the months ahead.
