Serbs go to the polls to pick a president in what is being called the most important election there since the fall of Slobodan Milosevic. A Serb nationalist is running against a moderate democrat, and the result could determine whether Serbia remains isolated or re-integrates itself with Europe. NPR's Sylvia Poggioli reports.
