Transfer Raises Questions over U.S. Troops

While Iraq's interim government is now nominally in control of the country, More than 140,000 U.S. and international troops remain there with no clear blueprint on how to interact with Iraqi authorities. U.S. forces will remain under American command. Iraqi forces may operate independently or with the Americans. NPR's Eric Westervelt reports.
