High Court Upholds Block on Web Porn Law

In a 5-4 vote, the U.S. Supreme Court rules that a 1998 federal law enacted to shield minors from porn is likely unconstitutional. The high court says a lower court was right to block the law from taking effect, pending a trial, because it unnecessarily restricts legitimate speech. Hear NPR's Nina Totenberg.
