It's not unusual for colleges to accept more applicants than they can accommodate. But this year the University of Illinois at Chicago was forced to rescind offers of acceptance to some 300 students. They were accepted, but were then notified that a lack of space would force them onto a waitlist. NPR's Anthony Brooks reports.
