40 Years After Civil Rights Act, Mixed Results in Austin
Commentator Ed Dorn reflects on how the Civil Rights Act changed his life for the better as a young student at the University of Texas in Austin. Forty years later, Dorn is now the university's dean of the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs, and he finds that Austin is still a pretty lonely place for African-Americans.
