Slobodan Milosevic's court appearance at The Hague is delayed because of his poor health. The former president of Yugoslavia was scheduled to start his defense in his war crimes trial. Throughout the two-and-half year trial, Milosevic has avoided addressing the legal aspects of the indictments against him, instead using the courtroom as a political platform. NPR's Sylvia Poggioli reports.
