Global AIDS Fund Slow to Disperse Assets

The Global Fund to Fight Aids, TB and Malaria has approved $1.3 billion in program spending. But the fund has been slow in actually disbursing the money. In the first two years of its work, it has spent only $350 million. NPR's Brenda Wilson reports.
