Last summer, wildfires raced through the forested mountain town of Summerhaven, Ariz., destroying hundreds of buildings in a single afternoon. Homeowners now rebuilding face new regulations aimed at making their homes safer from fire. Insurance companies are also starting to require new safety measures. Ted Robbins reports.
