International Atomic Energy Agency chief Mohamed ElBaradei visits Israel Tuesday to press Israeli officials to disclose whether the country has a nuclear weapons program. Israel neither denies nor admits having nuclear weapons, but is believed to have as many as 200 of them. Hear NPR's Steve Inskeep and Joseph Cirinicione of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
