Former Enron CEO Lay Indicted by Grand Jury
Former Enron CEO Kenneth Lay is indicted by a grand jury on unnamed charges related to the energy company's collapse. Lay, who insists on his innocence, plans to surrender to authorities in Houston Thursday morning, when a hearing is scheduled.
