Gay Marriage Amendment

Republicans in the Senate are pushing for a vote on a Constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage. Lawmakers in both parties say they don't expect the measure will get the required 60 votes. NPR's Lynn Neary and guests discuss what's next in the gay marriage debate.
