Candidates, Parties Fine-Tune Spending Strategies

Sen. John Kerry's campaign, which raised $182 million between March and June, continues to outspend President Bush this summer. But the Bush camp has about $260 million on hand. Spending strategies will change again after the conventions. Hear NPR's Scott Simon and Anthony Corrado of the Brookings Institution.
