Suit Challenges Easing Immigration Tuition

A lawsuit challenges Kansas' new law granting in-state tuition rates for illegal immigrants. So far, there are eight states that allow the practice. The immigration watchdog group FAIR says this will be the test case. NPR's Greg Allen reports.
