In anticipation of the release of the Sept. 11 commission's report on the 2001 attacks, Democrats launch a new attack on President Bush's claim that the war in Iraq has made America safer. The ads appear on the same day the Bush campaign releases new spots suggesting Sen. John Kerry can't be trusted with national security. Hear NPR's Don Gonyea.
