NPR's Melissa Block talks with Outdoor Life Network's Frankie Andreu, a former Tour de France competitor, about Lance Armstrong's victory Tuesday in the 15th stage of the Tour. Armstrong, now in first place, may be on the way to become the only cyclist to win six races in the history of the race.
