'Morning Edition' Returns: Dangerously Overzealous Cop

When a pedestrian in the Czech city of Pilsen stepped off the curb when the light was red, an overzealous police officer fired a warning shot. The pedestrian continued to cross against the red, so the officer shot right at him. Twice. He missed, but now faces a criminal investigation.
