War on Terror Faces Budget Shortfall

The Government Accountability Office reports the U.S. military is more than $12 billion shy of being able to fund operations in Iraq and Afghanistan through the end of September. The GAO says the military is trying to make up the difference by cutting funding for training and maintenance. Hear NPR's Eric Westervelt.
