Secretary of State Colin Powell meets with U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan to discuss building international pressure to stop an ethnic-cleansing campaign carried out by government-backed militias in western Sudan. Three weeks after Powell visited the region, the international community is still struggling to find ways to stop the killings. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
