NPR's Tony Cox talks with New York Times Magazine writer James Traub, who suggests that the war on terror has made humanitarian intervention in places like Sudan's Darfur region more problematic. Also joining the discussion is Bill Fletcher of TransAfrica, who argues that intervention is in the interest of the American people.
