The 9-11 Report, Privacy and Civil Liberties
NPR's Larry Abramson reports on the reaction of privacy and civil liberties advocates to the recommendations of the 9-11 Commission's report, which advocates increased monitoring of domestic civilian activities under the USA Patriot Act, but also the creation of a board to oversee the government's use of the information collected on private citizens.
