Sept. 11 Report: Tighten Border Security

The Sept. 11 commission's final report calls for tightening border and transportation security. The report recommends the quick completion of a federal program for tracking foreign visitors and setting national standards for birth certificates and drivers' licenses. Hear NPR's Pam Fessler.
