Judge Urges California Prison Reform
A federal judge threatens to take over California's prisons if the state doesn't take bolder steps to overhaul the system. Judge Thelton Henderson says he believes that a new labor contract with the state prison guards union gives the politically connected union too much power. NPR's Richard Gonzales reports.
