Schwarzenegger, Lawmakers Reach Budget Deal

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and leaders of the state legislature reach a handshake deal on a $103 billion state budget. The deal ends a 26-day standoff that included the Republican governor deriding Democrats as "girlie men." A vote on the budget is expected later this week.
