Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat persuades his prime minister, Ahmed Qureia, to retract his resignation, tendered 10 days ago during a security crisis involving the West Bank chief of security. But analysts say it is far from clear whether this will resolve the political crisis in the Palestinian territories. NPR's Peter Kenyon reports.
