Medicare to Trim Payments for Cancer Drugs

Medicare plans to reduce the fees it pays oncologists for chemotherapy drugs. Oncologists have used some of that money to pay for office overhead. Without it, they say, they may have to cut back on treating cancer patients outside the hospital. NPR's Joanne Silberner reports.
