The Holy Land Foundation, a Muslim charity, faces a 42-count federal indictment for allegedly funneling millions of dollars to the militant Palestinian group Hamas. The U.S. government designated Hamas as a terrorist organization in the 1990s. Hear NPR's Jackie Northam.
