Medicare Drug Plan Said to Be Working Smoothly

The Medicare prescription drug plan for seniors and the disabled is providing substantial discounts on drugs, according to a study by the Kaiser Family Foundation. In its report, the organization finds that prices have not been fluctuating as much as had been feared. NPR's Julie Rovner reports.
