Oil Prices Hit Record High on Yukos Chaos

The price of crude oil hits a record high on concerns that Yukos, Russia's largest oil company, may halt production. Yukos, which produces about 2 percent of the world's oil, faces bankruptcy due to billions the Russian government says it owes in back taxes. It has been ordered not to sell any assets.
