Afghanistan Moves Toward Vote with Caution

Despite a grim security situation, an estimated 70 percent of Afghans have registered to vote in parliamentary elections scheduled for October. But security fears still linger, and some worry Afghans' expectations may have been set unrealistically high. Miranda Kennedy reports.
