Opponents of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez complain that a new soap opera running on the country's state-controlled television is pure pro-Chavez propaganda. The central character of Love Inside the Barrio is a young, poor and pretty Chavez supporter who falls for a journalist who hates Chavez.
