Iraq National Conference Delayed by Delegate Shortage

Iraq's government postpones its national conference, originally scheduled for this weekend. The meeting, meant to choose the members of a body that will monitor the work of the interim government, was put off until mid-August, to allow more time for selection of delegates. NPR's Anne Garrels reports.
