Music Industry Hits Sour Note with CD Donations

Schools and libraries across the country are receiving $75 million worth of music CDs as part of a nationwide anti-trust settlement with the music industry. But some recipients say the music they're receiving is more of a dump than donation. NPR's Wendy Kaufman reports.
