Several times this summer, concrete chunks have fallen from the upper deck of Chicago's Wrigley Field onto the seating area below. Though nobody's been hurt, the incidents raise concern about the safety and future of the revered baseball park. Officials are taking steps to protect fans at the home of the Cubs.
